# Connect Varicon

> Link your Varicon account to UpSheets using your Varicon email and password to import payroll export data into Xero.

## Connect Varicon to UpSheets

You can connect UpSheets directly to Varicon to import payroll export data and upload it to Xero without CSV files.

## Enabling the Varicon integration

**1. Enter credentials in UpSheets**

1. Select **Integrations** from the menu.
2. Click the **Varicon** tab.
3. Enter your Varicon **Email** and **Password**.
4. Review **Enabled** (on by default for a new connection), then click **Save**.

UpSheets checks new or changed credentials before saving. If the check fails, your previous connection (if any) stays in place and the form keeps what you typed. Nothing is written until you click **Save**.

>
> For a new connection, **Enabled** starts on; you can turn it off before saving. An existing connection that is disabled stays disabled until you turn **Enabled** on and click **Save**. Turning **Enabled** off and clicking **Save** keeps your saved connection; **Disconnect** removes saved credentials and connection settings, and you must connect again. Previous imports and uploaded data remain. After a successful save with **Enabled** on, the integration is ready to import.

After connecting, open **Import Files** and choose Varicon as the data source, the same way as other integrations.
