Load earnings as timesheets

When you load a file that contains both timesheets and earnings lines, UpSheets treats the earnings lines as payslips, not timesheets. To have them treated as timesheets instead, use either of the following. If you want to upload allowances as timesheets, the Xero pay item must also be set up so it can be loaded as a timesheet. See Valid Earnings Rates.

Option 1: Clear the Payslips option when importing

Load the file without the Payslips option selected.

Option 2: Prefer timesheets in Settings

Open Settings from the top-right menu and enable Prefer timesheets over payslips. Lines you load will then be treated as timesheets, not payslips.
