No Payslip found for Employee/Period

To upload payslips, the pay run and payslip must already exist in Xero. UpSheets uploads the data to the draft pay run for the employee’s pay calendar. Payslip rows do not use a date to choose the week. If UpSheets shows a different period to the payroll you are preparing, see Wrong Pay Period. To resolve this error, create a pay run in Xero and revalidate your file.
For Australia and New Zealand, you can turn on Auto create Pay Runs under Settings → Payslips so missing scheduled pay runs are created automatically when you validate. See Auto Create Pay Runs.
If using an unscheduled pay run, be sure to open the pay run and select the employees you wish to upload data for, as payslips are not automatically created for employees on unscheduled pay runs.
