What happens when my free trial ends?

UpSheets free trials last 30 days from when your account is created. After that, the trial expires automatically.
  • No charge for the trial ending by itself – your credit card is not billed just because the 30 days are up.
  • No action required if you have not started a paid subscription (you have not chosen a plan and added a payment method). You do not need to cancel; the trial simply ends.
If you have subscribed and entered payment details, you are on a paid plan and normal billing applies. Your monthly billing date follows when you subscribed, not when the free trial ended. See Pricing overview for how charges work and Invoices for your invoices.

Trial upload limit

During your free trial, you can upload up to 2,500 lines in total. If you reach that limit before the trial ends, uploads are blocked until you subscribe. Your Account page shows when you have reached the limit and lets you choose a subscription plan.
For how trials apply across Xero organisations and users, see Free trial periods on the pricing overview.

Continuing after your trial

You keep the same UpSheets login. To subscribe, open Account from the menu, choose a plan, and add a payment method. Your saved mappings stay with each connected Xero organisation. Mappings from a demo organisation are not copied to a live organisation when you connect it. Uploads to Xero demo organisations stay free; see Pricing overview. Each colleague needs their own UpSheets account (for example by starting a free trial), then you add them to your organisation so their uploads sit on your subscription. See Add/Remove Users.
