Assumptions and Limitations
Assumptions
- Clause 24.2 Monday to Friday evening additives (10:00 pm to midnight and midnight to 6:00 am) are MAPD wage-allowance amounts and are published as MANUAL allowances rather than auto hour bands.
- Saturday and Sunday ordinary penalties follow Schedule B / Table 8 (Saturday 125%; Sunday 150% for full-time and part-time).
- Casual Saturday is 150% of the minimum (loaded-base multiple 1.2).
- Casual Sunday is 150% for Introductory to Level 2 (1.2) and 175% for Levels 3 to 6 (1.4).
- Public holidays are 225% full-time/part-time and 250% casual (loaded-base 2.0).
- Daily overtime uses the clause 15.1 11.5-hour ordinary cap for full-time/part-time and the clause 11.2 12-hour cap for casuals, with Table 7 day-scoped tiers (Mon-Fri 150%/200%, Saturday 175%/200%, Sunday 200%).
- Weekly overtime after 38 hours uses EVERY first-2 / after-2 tiers at the Monday-Friday Table 7 rates (150%/200%; casual 1.2/1.6), so Saturday weekly hours in the first 2 OT hours may be paid at 150% rather than 175%, and Sunday weekly hours in that band may be paid at 150% rather than 200%; Saturday/Sunday daily OT tiers remain day-correct.
- Public holiday weekly OT stays at 225%/200%.
- CASUAL base rates already include the 25% loading; casual MULTIPLE lines use award%/1.25 against that loaded base.
- Clause 23.2 rest after overtime is a single 8-hour GAP at a flat first-2-hours overtime multiple (150% / casual 1.2) rather than Deputy’s split first-2/after-2 GAP windows.
- Rostered-day-off overtime and the clause 23.1(e) 4-hour RDO minimum require roster metadata and are excluded.
