Import data from Clockify

UpSheets can import data directly from Clockify into Xero Payroll.

Enable the Clockify integration

Before importing your Clockify data and uploading it to Xero, enable the Clockify integration.

Importing

Once the integration is enabled, the Import screen shows a Clockify data source. When you select it, your active Workspace and From / To dates are shown.

Clockify date selection

Import up to 31 days at a time. Clockify Free limits the import date range to a maximum of 31 days. Date ranges entered are inclusive of the start and end date.

Select date range

Select the From and To dates (up to 31 days). All time data in Clockify will be imported for this range (including all data on the From and To dates).

Select transaction types

Select the transaction types and any other import options (or accept the defaults). Click Import Data to proceed.
You can import the data as Timesheets, Leave or Payslips. If you use start/end times in Clockify, these can be used with Smart Formulas.

Map columns

Imported columns follow the Clockify definition – select the columns that map to name, type, hours, date, description, and so on. See Validate options for field details. Click Validate to continue.

Validate

UpSheets validates your data.

Upload

Click Upload to send your data to Xero Payroll.
